What is your Goal?

I ask this question because i find that a lot of people go out there without any goal and they hope to achieve them. if you are one then i pity. Someone rightly said that we find people without goals and hope reach them. now if don't have goals, how far can you go? We need goals if we really want to become successful in anything we do.

Our goals therefore must be precise and clear. We must be passionate about our goals it must come from within you must have it as somethng you really want to do. When you write your goals down it is registered in mind and I tell you you've done over half of the job. You've not made it so far because you did not set goals. I'll forget to tell you your goals should be SMART. What i mean is S-Simple, M-Measurable( you must be able to measure it) A-Achievable, R-Realistic T-Time frame. After setting your goal, it must pass this five tests else you hav no goal.
